Clarence & family, So very sorry to learn the your father has passed. That was a beautiful tribute that you wrote for him, Clarence. It sounds like he was a very special man. May the happy memories you have of him help you through this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Thank you to those that posted condolences on this web site, and also to the many cards, letters and gifts that my family have received. Especially thank you to those that attended dad's funeral. We were so encouraged by your presence. And we understand that not everyone was able to attend. So thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

Kurdistan, Iraq My dear childhood, lifelong friend, Clarence, I salute you !
Andy, as I remember him when I was a child, was a real man*s man. With misfortunes later in his life,with the physical difficulties, he continued to show so much strength and determination. He sure was blessed to have a son like you, Clarence. I will miss his beautiful spring gardens and his handicrafts. He will always occupy a respected place in the memories, which make me, me.
Clarence, your family and mine have been so intertwined over the years. I have always considered this so fortunate. My sister in Australia still has some of your artwork on display in her kitchen. I am usually so far away from you and yours but you are more and more on my mind, the older I get !
Please know that all in my family are thinking of you. I so look forward to being in Canada later this winter and seeing you again. your friend for keeps, Le Roy

Clarence & family.. so sorry to hear about your dad. Im sure happy to have got to know him. I appreciated him telling us more about our family history. I appreciated all his wood work & I do have his bird feeders. may God be your comfort in the coming days & as you surround yourselves with family & friends for support & encouragement.

I was saddened to hear about Andy. He is no longer suffering and at peace, but I know that does not make it easy to let him go. Thinking of you, Clarence and hoping you are doing okay. My condolences to the rest of the family as well. Take care.
