Beatrice’s three passions in life were: her husband, children and granddaughter along with gardening and knitting. Earlier in her married life she raised turkeys, ducks, geese and chickens. She was always there for her family – day or night, without question. The only time you had to make “a reservation” for her time and attention was during peak gardening season. Her usual gardening hours were from sun up to sun down and during harvest season she rewarded us with a beautiful bounty of fruits and vegetables. While we are saddened by her departure we find comfort and solace in the knowledge that she is in a heavenly place – joyfully tending a garden
