It is with great sadness that the family of Bonnie Roebuck, beloved partner of Delwin Johnson, of Buchanan and formerly of Preeceville, announce her passing on Friday, November 17, 2023. She was 62 years of age.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations in memory of Bonnie may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre as gifts of remembrance.
Bonnie Heather Roebuck (Long) was born on February 1, 1961, in Salmon Arm, British Columbia.
Bonnie moved to Saskatchewan with Delwin Johnson in 1995. She had various jobs over the years such as being a Special Care Aid, bartender, cook and house keeper. In her spare time she loved to garden, go fishing, care for her house plants, crochet, and as well she loved all her animals. She was grateful to have lots of support from her good friends Shelly and Julius.
Bonnie is pre-deceased by her parents, Robert and Darlene Long; her brothers, Dwayne and Daryl Long.
She is survived by her partner, Delwin Johnson; her two children, Scott (Sherri) Roebuck of Buchanan, SK, Robin (Devin) Roebuck of Quesnel, BC; grandchildren, Brady Hake of Quesnel, BC, Alaina and Linden Roebuck of Buchanan, SK; twin sister, Bev (Joe) Saffin of Kelowna, BC, sister, Diane Sandmark of Edmonton, AB, and brother, Garry Long of Williams Lake, BC.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Preeceville Funeral Home.
