Dallas Fairburn

FAIRBURN - Dallas Fairburn, of Ketchen, passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 68. 

Dallas was born on July 15, 1956, to Earl and Clarice (Olson) Fairburn. He spent 38 years operating Ketchen Autobody with his longtime friend and co-owner, Norman Johnson.

In his spare time, Dallas enjoyed many years of camping at Lake of the Prairies.  He also found great pleasure in hunting and fishing.  His last fishing trip was taken this past fall with his fishing buddy, Lyle, at Lake of the Prairies. Additionally, Dallas enjoyed bird watching with his friends Don and Shirley.

Dallas is predeceased by his parents, Earl and Clarice; brother, Ron; and step-brother, Ken Olson.  He is survived by his brother, Dale (Jennifer) and their son Chris; brother, Robert (Donna), son Garett, and daughters Michelle and Amber.

As per Dallas’s request, no funeral service will be held.

He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
