Ernie Gabor Kovacs

KOVACS - Ernie Gabor Kovacs was born May 17, 1929 in Touchwood, Saskatchewan. He passed away at the Ituna & District Pioneer Lodge in Ituna on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at the age of 91 years old.
   Ernie is predeceased by his parents Steve and Elizabeth Kovacs and his sister Goldina. Ernie is survived by his wife Laurel, his son Marc (Monica)Kovacs, daughters Valerie (Greg) Skurdal, Coralea (Murray) Stroeder, Linda Kovacs (Brad Jones). His grandchildren Shantelle, Faith, Summer, Justin, Kristen, Emily, Sarah, Everett, Marshall and Merlin.
     The Funeral Service was held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 in the Endeavour Community Cemetery, Endeavour, SK with Pastor Brad Steppan officiating. The Urnbearer was Justin Skurdal and the Honourary Bearers were all of Ernie’s Grandchildren. Memorials in memory of Ernie may be made to the Ituna & District Pioneer Lodge Activities Department as as gifts of remembrance.
