Mary (Czornobay) Tataryn

Mary was one of six children born to Steve and Pauline Czornobay.  She attended Bear School and Endeavour School.  She married John Tataryn on October 25, 1945 in Preeceville, SK.  They farmed in the Endeavour district. 

Mary’s hobbies included gardening, cooking, sewing, knitting, crocheting and other crafts.  She was an active member of the Ukrainian National Home and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Endeavour.  She lived on the farm until 1995 at which time she moved to Endeavour. In 2008 she moved to Winnipeg to be near her family

Mary is predeceased by her husband, John (1986); father, Steve (1982); mother, Pauline (1997); three brothers, Peter (1924), Joseph (1927), and Bill (1995); and her two sisters, Carrie (1997) and Olga (2008).

She leaves to mourn her four daughters, Jane (Neil), Shirley (Dennis), Maybelle (Wilf), and Lydia (Grant); 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. 

She will be sadly missed.
